I need to share my look in: DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS.
It is not SCHIZOPHRENIA, it is only MY CHANGING MOODS AND REFLECTIONS.
I sometimes shoot thinking I am PAINTING, sometimes I am a REPORTER and other times presuming myself -presumtuously – as ARCHITECT with different spaces and signs.
Actually, I am only: A STORY TELLER.
Some obsessions are filling my visions in all my images. The place where I am, which part of the world I am travelling, the season…are irrelevant. Somewhere and everywhere these obsessions are following my shootings perhaps… leading me
NOWHERE or ELSEWHERE.
I have tried several times to go far away from them, but they were reappearing in front of my black camera like heteronyms of my souls, my moods(otherwise go to My Style page).
MY GOAL
is to transform photos in a unique piece through a conceptual work. For all this reason my proposals for galleries are:

Europe is inside a decadence era. In this contest small chops of our cities could be a mirror of our changing time.
METALLICA – an homage to Jean Pierre Velly

Jean Pierre Velly has been a “Dürer” of our time. Always involved on etchings and drawings around nature. Sunset is a leit motiv in his work. These prints shooted not far from his familiar landscape want to be an homage to his titanic work on etchings and paintings which the esoteric side is strictly involved with nature. Coming from the agricolture, nature and light are priorities for me: it’s a way to live in harmony, a written story in open air. Steel, acrilic…gives me the chance to realize unic pieces with a materic sensation.
AB TRAHERE – from the past to postmodernity

Ab trahere means abstractions. Walking around the world these abstractions take different forms. They are the idea to speak about colors, decadence of ages, signs of life. This is a charming atmosphere in every corner of the world in a sort of endless painting without time. A stolen whisper between doors and windows, a secret tale between walls and gutter pipes, a melancholic dream of a poetry on human condition without humanity.
CROSSING ARTS – an homage to Davide Orlandi Dormino

Davide Orlandi Dormino is one of the most interesting emerging poliedric artist in Rome. He is a sculptor, portraitist, scenographer for theatre and in the most popular italian tv emissions. This project is a one day work mixing his marble“books and pages” and photography speaking about art at the Tom Waits rythm.

VENICE BIENNALE: “Why can you feel a poem without seeing it ?”, exhibition photo & poems at the Giardini Biennale – Pad. Paradiso.
ROME: Group show at the gallery SalaUno, title:”mimosa”. Group exhibition with OFFICINA DELLE IMMAGINI (curator M. Campolunghi) in the social center FORTE PRENESTINO for the Indipendent Festival of Photography OCCHI ROSSI and at the Biblioteca Elsa Morante in OSTIA (Rome).
Last june I had a big exhibit in LOL space in Rome. It was a project in collaboration with Fabio Mastantuono we called MASSCAT. There were photos and photo-lamps (not light-boxes) in plexiglass and PPL, serena stone, porcelain, silk, bakelite and cold tungsten-lamps. This exhibit was integrated with my poetries called LE DECLINAZIONI DELLA GIOIA acted by actor Carlo Fontana Giusti and integrated by a live classic guitar played by Paolo Scafetti. A video implemented the installation.
